Returns/Refunds:
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any products purchased. All sales are final.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at otherie2021@gmail.com and the following policies must be met:

• Make sure that the return item(s) is in the SAME packaging it was sent in.
• All freebies and inclusions (stickers, etc.) should remain intact. 
• Items should NOT smell like perfume, worn and washed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
